That being said, we did have some issues during our stay, that made me very happy that we had gotten a 50% discount on our room since we booked months ago before the resort actually opened. We really did enjoy ourselves while we were there and I would whole-heartedly recommend GWL Manteca to friends and family who are looking for a short and convenient family trip. This was a huge plus since the kids were still in a good mood when we arrived and ready to play. The fact that you can get there in just 3 hours from our location in northern California was amazing since we are used to driving 5+ hours to get to most destinations.
